Acceptance and subscription
By using Orktus, you confirm that you have legal capacity and authority to act for yourself or your organization and agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
Plans, modules, limits, fees, term, support, and service levels are defined in the commercial agreement, which prevails for specifically regulated matters.
The Orktus platform
Orktus is a business orchestration suite with modules for documents and processes, employee journeys, access management, and related capabilities. Features may evolve to preserve security, performance, and service value.
The platform supports work coordination and recordkeeping but does not replace professional, legal, accounting, employment, security, or compliance decisions belonging to the customer.
Accounts and responsibilities
Customers must designate authorized users, assign appropriate roles, review access, and keep account data current. Users must protect credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
Customers are responsible for their instructions, content, templates, recipients, workflows, and for having lawful grounds and permissions to process submitted data.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with the subscription.
- Do not access accounts, files, companies, or resources without authorization.
- Do not bypass security, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or material infringing third-party rights.
- Do not resell, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond contractual permissions.
- Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, fraud, or decisions requiring human review by law.
Content and intellectual property
Customers and relevant owners retain rights in uploaded data and content. Customers grant Orktus a limited authorization to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
The platform, brand, interfaces, software, and documentation remain Orktus intellectual property. No ownership is transferred.
Privacy and security
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement. Each party must meet the obligations of its role.
Orktus uses reasonable security measures, while customers remain responsible for secure user, device, permission, integration, and internal procedure management.
Availability and changes
Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party failures, or events outside reasonable control may occur. Specific availability, support, recovery, and incident commitments are defined in the agreement.
Access may be suspended to protect the platform, comply with law, contain security risks, investigate misuse, or address nonpayment, subject to the agreement and prior notice where practicable.
Payment, termination, and data
Fees, adjustments, taxes, due dates, and cancellation follow the agreement. Termination does not remove accrued obligations or provisions intended to survive.
After termination, data access and availability follow the agreement, applicable retention rules, and law. Customers should complete available exports before termination where needed.
Liability, law, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for direct damages caused by proven breach. Specific limitations and procedures are defined in the commercial agreement without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Brazilian law governs these terms. Venue and dispute procedures follow the agreement or otherwise applicable law. Questions may be sent through official Orktus channels.
